Must-See Natural Wonders in Zion National Park

Date

The Zion National Park shuttle buses make stops at all of the main scenic posts in Zion’s main Canyon. Zion Canyon is glorious.

Be sure to take the Riverside Walk beside the Virgin River. The walk begins in the Temple of Sinawava and meanders along with the river until it meets the mouth of the Narrows.

Weeping Rock Trail is an easy half-mile hike beside a charming stream that leads to the face of Weeping Rock where seeps and small springs have created a wonderous hanging garden.

The Emerald Pools Trail again follows the Virgin River before veering off to the first of the three pools fed by waterfalls.

If you have the time and good shoes, take a ride on The Narrows, an unforgettable wade in cold waters of the Virgin River.
